SHIPPING & PROCESSING 

We offer Duty Paid Free Shipping on orders of $200 USD or above, Duty paid service might not be available for some areas of Europe and some restricted regions - for more information related this, contact us. 

Processing Time

We ship worldwide from UAE within 1 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed, using FedEx, UPS and DPD, Since Duty paid parcels are shipped with carrier, your tracking updates once your package is within your local postal area. 

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Estimated Delivery: 

UAE and Pakistan : 5-10 business days after dispatch

International: 7–15 business days after dispatch

 

Taxes & Customs

Non Duty Paid Areas may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, it may be confiscated or destroyed by the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
