Are all your watches in working condition?

Yes! All of our vintage watches are fully functional unless otherwise stated in the product description. We carefully test and inspect each piece before listing it for sale.


Are your watches authentic?

Yes — every watch we sell is 100% authentic. We take pride in sourcing genuine vintage timepieces and thoroughly verify their authenticity before making them available. No fakes, no replicas, ever. Verncell Certificate of Authentication is provided, If mentioned. Otherwise you can request it for any watch you’re purchasing. 


Can I have the bracelet resized?

Absolutely. We offer bracelet size adjustments upon request. Extensions might not be available. Please contact via Instagram or email us at Verncellvintage@gmail.com  with your order number and wrist size, and we'll take care of it before shipping.
