Will I receive the exact watch shown in the photos?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, you'll receive the exact vintage watch shown on the product page.
Are all your watches one of a kind?
Yes. Most vintage watches are unique pieces. Once a watch is sold, it's usually no longer available, making every purchase truly special.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
How long does international shipping take?
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that customs processing, weather conditions, or busy shipping seasons may occasionally cause delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package's journey.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Each watch is carefully inspected before being listed and checked again before shipping. Any known details about its condition or functionality will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Can I reserve a watch?
Because our vintage watches are often one of a kind, we generally sell them on a first-come, first-served basis. If there's a particular watch you're interested in, we recommend purchasing it before it's gone.
